- Finding new locations for open new store. - Negotiation with Landlord for contract's rental issue for extension and discount negotiation. - Plan and coordinate projects with team, Landlord, and constructor from start to completion includes organizing the schedule of working. - Ensure the project 'IS on schedule and budget: setting timeline, overseeing budget allocations, and monitoring construction progress - Controlling budget for Renovation, opening and closure in every projects. - Controlling Cost for maintenance for stores. - Checking and reviewing selling write-off Assets in stores. - Coordinate with landlord for issues of Operation task. - Others related tasks as assigned.

- At least 2 years of experience and knowledge in Business development, Store expansion. - Excellent interpersonal, Coordination and communication skills - Good command of English is a plus - Having knowledge about retail business will be advantage. -Good analytical thinking and excellent communication ability. - Good computer fiteracy i,e. Microsoft Office, Internet, or related. - Ability to work multhtasking and under pressure or handfing tight deadlines.
