• 1. Responsible for E-commerce channel 2. Drive E-Commerce sales to reach targets, plan, track and, analyze daily sales to gain sales targets. 3. Corporate with Buyer and Marketing and Operation to Maximize e-commerce per-formance Principal Accountabilities: 1. Manage overview of E-Commerce - Control process on E-commerce platform - Responsible for sales and marketing of E-Commerce channels - Execute promotion campaigns and strategy on e-commerce platform - Responsible for coordinating both internal and external the organization to ensure the service quality of e-commerce - Handle all daily and monthly performance reports of sales and operation (sale report, stock report). - Processing and tracking invoices, expense reports, and performing light account-ing duties between the team and accounting team - Operate online store, including uploading product information, pricing, setting up a monthly promotion, contents, and campaign registration on the plat-form. - Update the Marketing launching plan to the team. - Manage official store in Marketplace including Portfolio management, store visi-bility, and online stock management with the team. - Keep up to date the trend and Explore the E-commerce market and Competitors in terms of price and marketing activities, including tracking and analyzing daily sales to adjust the promotion and drive the sales to hit the targets. 2. Provide Japanese & English & Thai language to interpret and translate to support every party 3. Provide personal assistant support to CEO and CMO as required

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test JLPT N2 - MS Office fundamentals - Working experience in an e-commerce business or marketplace is a plus Characteristics/Skills: • Inter-personal skill • Interest and knowledge to Japanese H&B products • Multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize the work and handle an efficient manner • Open-mindeded, absorbing different cultures • Service-mindeded • Able to work late, weekends, holidays • Able to go on business trip upcountry, sometimes abroad • Able to change the workplace day by day Language: • Good Japanese speaking skills, able to communicate on a business level directly, and can read through the documents in Japanese (such as product descriptions and brochures, and presentation materials) •Passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test JLPT N2 • Ability to speak, read, write English also is highly advantageous
