1. Responsible for supporting e-commerce process 2. Handle e-commerce operation admin function 3. Corporate with Buyer, Marketing, and Operation to maximize e-commerce perfor-mance Principal Accountabilities: 1. Manage an overview of the e-commerce process to customers - Checking and picking up products on stock for preparing delivery to the customer - Packaging products orderly to customers. - Managing delivery process of the goods to customers. - Responsible for chatting with customers on e-commerce channels. - Managing and controlling all equipment all processes. 2. Coordinate Buyer, Operation, Financial and related team to maximize e-commerce performance 3. Monitor e-commerce apps such as checking the correctness of the product, price, product picture, etc. 4. Responsible for the daily sales and operations of the store on e-commerce plat-forms. 5. Other work assigned about e-commerce platforms

MS Office fundamentals.
