Taking action ethically Reports to and is evaluated by: Director of Admissions and Marketing General Functions: ● Design and create all online and offline marketing material ● Manage the school’s visual ID (online and offline) ● Develop and implement the Schools’ Annual Online Marketing plan ● Support Admissions Teams to achieve the school’s goals Graphic design: ● Support in keeping the school’s brand guide up to date and implemented ● Creating school brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, boards, etc according to these guidelines ● Creating school yearbook ● Design yearly campaigns Videographer/Photographer: ● Keep up to date library of footage to use in all school communication ● Capture photos of school life ● Capture videos of events, interview students, edit videos ● Capture events on and off campus ● Capture and edit video to highlight school life ● Coordinate with third party support as needed Managing online presence: ● Together with Marketing team, develop and implement annual online marketing plan ● Stay up to date with social media developments ● Keeping KIS website and blog up to date Other: ● Support initiatives to represent the school at external exhibitions, fairs and promotional events ● Support and participate in school events outside of regular school hours ● Represent KIS and attend monthly events ex: Chambers of Commerce and International Groups ● Support academic communication ● Promote best practice at all times within the school ● Ensure and maintain confidentiality ● Ensure familiarity with the KIS Child protection Protocol and follow the KIS Code of Conduct ● Assist with answering the telephones ● Maintaining files organized on Google Drive with standard naming conventions ● Filing of marketing documents and publications ● Other responsibilities as assigned Skill Set Requirements: Excellent graphic design skills Skilled at strategic social media use Written English to native level, fluent in spoken English Proficient in Mac and Windows use An eye for style and detail Photography and videography skills SEO skills Self motivated, always striving to improve Qualifications ● 4+ years experience in a graphic design role ● Bachelor’s degree in art, design, marketing, communications, or related field ● Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ● Exceptional interpersonal communication skills in English and Thai ● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team ● Google Suite ● Mailchimp a plus ● Adobe Suite Professional Development ● Keep up to date with relevant developments in the field of design and communications ● Undergo professional development when relevant ● Work with student volunteers
