หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategic Marketing & Business Growth
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
• Oversee Branding, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, PR, and Growth Strategies.
• Design and optimize the Customer Journey to maximize retention and conversions.
• Leverage AI, Data-driven Marketing, and Automation for consumer insights and decision-making.
• Budget & ROI Management
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Analyze and track campaign performance metrics to ensure profitability and effectiveness.
• Define and strengthen the Brand Identity and Positioning in the market.
• Develop strategic initiatives to differentiate the brand from competitors.
• Oversee and optimize SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and E-commerce strategies.
• Utilize AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics to enhance customer experience and decision-making.
• Work closely with the Product Development team to align marketing insights with product innovation.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Performance, PR, and Sales.
• Cultivate an Agile, Data-Driven, and High-Performance marketing culture

• ผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมจะต้องมี ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงบประมาณด้านการตลาดรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 300 ล้านบาท และสามารถวางแผนกลยุทธ์ บริหารทีม และขับเคลื่อนแผนการตลาดให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรม

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age 35-45 years
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Creative Content & Marketing Strategy
• Proven track record in Mother & Baby Products, Dairy, or Supplements industries
• Expertise in Branding, Digital Marketing, Performance Analytics, and Growth Strategies
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Trends, SEO, Content Optimization, and Storytelling
• Hands-on experience in Video Content, Key Visuals, and Campaign Management
• Visionary leader with a creative, strategic mindset to drive business success
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Preferred: Experience in Creative Direction, Advertising, or Production
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM, AI Marketing Tools
• Exceptional Leadership & Communication Skills, capable of working with C-level executives
