หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Collaboration with internal departments and HRBP to identify recruiting requirements and a hiring strategy. 2. For vacant positions, determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job needs. 3. Developing a talent pipeline using a variety of offline and online sourcing channels, such as recruiting sites, job boards, and social media platforms, as well as recruitment agencies, print media, posters, etc. flyers, as required. 4. Using a phone interview to evaluate applications and screen individuals, as well as facilitating pre-interview tests. 5. Processes are being documented. 6. Developing hiring strategies and procedures that are in accordance with industry trends, as well as being current on industry developments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 2-5 year experiences in the role of recruiter, talent acquisition IT / Non IT), Employer Branding or sourcing. • Experience in end-to-end of recruitment process (to get requirement until personal document filling) • Logical thinking, well communication, and interpersonal skill. • Knowledge in telecommunication, fulfillment & logistics, Distributor, IT product is a plus. • Bachelor's Degree in Any fields. • Strong in stakeholder management.
