Business Analyst (BCH)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Analyze the business needs then propose and implement IT solutions to improve the business processes - Gather business requirements and provide options and recommend end-to-end business solution or workaround - Ensure all the recommended solutions are comply with company and IT policy - Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data structure, etc. - Co-ordinate and consolidate the input from various parties such as development team, vendors and infrastructure team - Manage requirements throughout the life cycle - Establish test case scenario, Scripts and Test Environment to ensure that the implementing system are well tested in all function and business cases - Develop plan and approach for business deployment including training - Support any assignment of Business Requirement and Analysis - Assist project team by perfrom as Project Manager role on some assgigned projects

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent - At least 3 years of work experience as Business - - Analyst or System Analyst related fields - Background in business fields of Telecommunication, CRM, Digital Solution, Financial - Experience in this kind of software development methodologies; AGILE, SCRUM, and Mobile Application - Experienced in leading projects such as CRM Tools, PM Tools, Financial, ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP B1, etc.) is a must - Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solution - Good verbal and written English skills - Demonstrated ability to facilitate idea generation and turning ideas into design, action and final products - Ability to communicate and work closely with stakeholders to clarify the solutions - Strong interpersonal and time-management skills - Have SQL & Technical background - Able to work in dynamic environment and under pressure
