- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure, business goals, and technical requirements. Design tailored solutions that seamlessly integrate Microsoft technologies to enhance their business operations. - Implementation: Configure, deploy, and manage technology services and components, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and scalability. - Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to technology services and solutions. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. - Training: Conduct training sessions for clients' IT teams to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required for the proper use and management of technology services. - Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest developments in technology trends and emerging Microsoft technologies. Continuously recommend improvements and optimizations to clients' technology environments. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Relevant Microsoft certifications in digital workspace, data AI, cloud computing and IT solutions. - Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, collaboration tools, infrastructure, and related services, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and -independently when needed. - Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
