Solutions Engineer / Google (UIH Digital)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure, location-based requirements, and business goals. Design tailored solutions that integrate Google technologies (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and other Google related) to optimize their operations. - Implementation: Configure, deploy, and manage technology services and components. Ensure these solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability. - Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to technology services and solutions. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. - Training: Train clients' IT teams on the proper use and management of technology services. - Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest developments in technology trends and emerging Google technologies. Recommend improvements and optimizations to clients. - Collaboration: Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Relevant Google certifications in digital workspace, data AI, cloud computing and IT solutions such as: Professional Google Workspace Administrator Certification Google Workspace Deployment Professional ChromeOS Administrator Certification Associate Cloud Engineer Certification and related) - Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, collaboration tools, infrastructure, and location-based services. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed. - Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
