SIEM Engineer (CBE)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Designing and implementing SIEM solution sets • Integrating security tools such as AV, AAA, Firewall, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS into an overall Security Event Management solution • Hands-on Design/Engineering in Service Management (Security) and Infrastructure Design • Support onboarding and maintenance of a wide variety of data sources to include various OS, appliance, and application logs and responsible for development of SIEM Connectors for new event sources • Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability. • Maintain engineering and security documentation • Creation of technically detailed reports on the status of the SIEM to include metrics on items such as number of logging sources • Create queries, dashboards, and visualizations to support customer requirements. • Investigate and deliver of defect resolutions through Engineering into the Production Environment without impacting the live service • Develop and maintain automated deployment systems.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical / IT field. or equivalent University degree. • 2-5 years’ experience working in IT security system or other IT related fields tied to networking, and information system environments. • Certification *Preferred* Requirements: CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA CySA+, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM. • Knowledge and hands-on experience in management of IDS/IPS, Firewall, WAF, EDR, VPN and other security products. • Understand the structure and the meaning of logs from different log sources such as FW, IDS, Windows DC, Cisco appliances, AV and antimalware software, email security and other security products.
