หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee Information Technology division to ensure effective delivery of IT services and operations within the company
• Managing the team of IT professionals regarding maintaining and monitoring network, server, storage, and facilities to align with IT policies and standards as well as business strategy
• Maintain and optimize company networks and servers
• Managing all of IT hardware and software efficiency improvements, planning and procurement
• Ensure internal data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk
• Control costs and budgets regarding Information Technology

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
• 8+ years of broad IT experience working with business stakeholders
• Proven experience as IT Operations Manager
• Experience with system installation, configuration, maintenance, and analysis
• Thorough knowledge of computer networks, cloud computing and cybersecurity
• Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Outstanding communications skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• IT and security-related certification is a plus
