หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities include; Manage content across all social media platforms including writing, scheduling and sourcing posts Interacting with followers on a daily basis Monthly content plans Answering customer queries and making bookings Creating marketing materials (Email updates, messenger monthly calendars, posters for in house) Writing copy for website Maintaining and updating product details on all sales channels Supporting Tour Manager with any sales needs Supporting Project Manager with any sales & marketing needs Source eligible influencers on a monthly basis Support in operating and hosting events Requirements; At least 2 years’ experience in a social media management/content management role Proficient in creator studio Experience in customer service and communicating directly with customers Excellent written and spoken English Critical thinker with attention to detail
