• Directly responsible for managing food cost, supervising food and beverage service ensuring a smooth running and profitable operation. • Understand most kinds of cuisines and strong knowledge of nutrition and hygiene will be a huge advantage • Maintain the concepts and consistent high-quality standards for all food and beverage service. • Maintain and control all operational costs by ensuring that proper preparation and inventory. • Responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction, brand and quality standards. • Understand and solve any issue from the client feedback • Supervise a team of employees; work to create a cohesive unit of people who effectively communicate; create a hiring process for key staff that ensures qualified people are selected, trained and retained through top recruiting practices; consider actions of employees in various situations.
