1. Overall responsibility for the support commercial management of the BU (HR, Purchasing, Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistic, General Affair) 2. Manage and oversee day to day operation of the department 3. Completing performance evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals for each department manager 4. Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections. 5. Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary. 6. Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.

• Proven experience as Operation Manager/Director relevant role • MBA of Bachelor’s Degree in business or relate field • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Purchasing, Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistic, General Affair/All Support Function • Male or Female (45-50 years old) • At least 5 years’ experience in the position of Operation Manager/Director • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving • Proficiency in English
