Trade Marketing Supervisor / Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility, availability, and sales performance in own channel and retail channel.
• Collaborating closely with sales teams ( online & offline ) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and customer needs.
• Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Managing trade promotions, trade marketing budgets, and ROI tracking to optimize resources and drive profitable outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize business impact.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing or category management, within the FMCG industry, preferably in food supplement, healthcare or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies that drive business growth and market share.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
