Financial Controller

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Ensure that accounting records and financial statements are accurately completed and prepared in accordance with Thai Accounting Standards and corporate policy on a timely basis. Co-planning and scheduling with accounting and other related team for the month- end closing schedule. 2. Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition 3. Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions. 4. Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports. 5. Drive effective asset management through monthly Balance Sheet review. 6. Manage and monitor the utilization of fund to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet daily operational requirements without any unnecessary surplus or deficit of funds. 7. Liaise with other managers and companies’ external auditors on auditing schedule. 8.Address and rectify tax exposure and ensure tax compliance.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Good understanding of accounting software  - Have an operation experience or working as a controller or chief accountant, familiar with Online, E-Commerce, controller experience is a plus - Must be excellence in excel - Possess with CPD license - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Good command of English
