I. Major Responsibility Respond to incoming calls. II. Specific Duties and Responsibilities • Giving customer’s information. • Coordinate with limo pilot, airport team for passengers. • Re-confirm and double check the next day bookings. • Monitor reservations requested by fax, telex and e-mail. • Making and Sending quotations ( commission applied ) • Ensure advance deposits, refunds of such and confirmations of both are processed

III. Job Specification • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, college. • Min 1 year experience as a Reservations Agent, preferably in hospitality business. • Good in English both verbal and non-verbal. • Ability to input and access information in Microsoft office and internet. • Compute basic arithmetic. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform in high-pressure situations; "can-do" attitude. • Able to work in shift • Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. • Follow directions thoroughly. • Understand guest’s service needs. • Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
