หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities :- 1. • Receive and arrange export bookings from exporters and overseas agents. 2. • Keep exporters and importers fully updated at all times. 3. • Receive pre-alert and documents from overseas agents. 4. • Keep importers continually updated of the status of their shipments. 5. • Communicate with shipping lines, customers and overseas agents. 6. • To be the contact point for monitoring of export shipments. 7. • Handle Import/Export documentation. 8. • Process costing and invoicing. 9. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer service Manager. Qualifications :- 1. • Proficient in spoken and written English. 2. • Honest and reliable with good character references. 3. • Cheerful with a positive attitude, good time-keeping, attention to detail. 4. • Bachelor’s Degree in any field. 5. • Computer Literate, Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook, Internet use. 6. • Export and Import Freight Forwarding experience and an active interest in learning more about the business. 7. • A team player with service mind, good communication and interpersonal skills 8. • Negotiation and problem solving skills
