ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาด (Marketing Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, performance marketing and offline channels.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, content strategy, PR activities, influencer partnerships and KOL campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI and lead a high-performing marketing team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong background in car dealership industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and stakeholders.
• Experience developing integrated communication plans across digital and traditional channels, aligned with the business strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
