Sales Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties & Responsibilities - Give information, Details, Sell and Service the major hospitals and target customers to present the quality of products. - Effectively carries out sales / marketing programs in accordance with the sales / marketing plan. - Enlist new / pushed products to customers and chain or major medical device users - Achieve sales target in quantity and value for all products within responsible territory - Implement sales plans and marketing activities according to plan and provide feedback to Marketing team and the Director - Gather client feedback on our products and provide competitor intelligent to the First-line Sales Manager and marketing team regularly. - Managing, analyzing and reporting budget and actual result, and propose action plans for further development - Managing supporting staff, motivate, educate and training members to accomplish goal, follow company policies and procedures

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry especially in hospital is preferable - Must have own vehicle and driving license - Excellent interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skill - Be able to communicate in English and/or Chinese - Be able to work independently and as part of a team - Be able to travel to Up-country - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to proactively identify and mitigate risks
