Social Media Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, engagement rates) to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Run paid social media campaigns and manage social media advertising budgets.
• Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Monitor competitors' activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and social media management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
