A Product Manager — is responsible for identifying new opportunities for developing a new marketable product from concept to distribution. The core competency of a Product Manager is to understand product design, innovations and business acumen in order to release a successful product into the market. Adam Group product focuses on Health Products (Medicine, herbal supplement, F&B and cosmetics) Requirement 1. Find and Coordinate with vendor and OEM to select the best manufacture 2. Understand all physicochemical properties of substances, API and evaluate, design the health product from start to end 3. Conduct Market research to understand market trends and design product fit 4. Generate, maintain and review product development documents, batch records, dossier documents and other related documents. 5. Responsible for meeting innovation timelines and working cross-functionally with sales and marketing team to meet company expectations. 6. Stay current with recent development, innovations and technologies that may improve products and manufacturing processes. 7. Collaborate with Operations and Production to ensure successful manufacturing of developed products. 8. Others ad-hoc such as supporting another team and meeting with suppliers
