หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate with client/patient/medical doctor. - Maintain a daily caseload of telehealth clients. - Questioning and screening for potentially sign and symptom leading to medical emergency. - Documenting patient chief complain, as well as reviewing patients' medical history, allergies, current medications, and symptoms/ leading symptom. - Make sure, patients have a smooth transfer to Medical Doctor for consultation - Work and communicate directly with Medical Doctor, to provide high standard pre-consultation to optimize consultation speed/ improving both quantity and quality of consultation. - Follow policies and medical guideline, patient safety protocol. - Coordination of data with Medical Doctor. - Maintain patient confidentiality.
