หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Result-Oriented, responsible for sales target, is able to make yearly sales strategy: break up yearly sales target, make reasonable quarterly, monthly sales target and its execution plan accordingly; 2. Customer-Oriented, End-End management based on customer needs regarding: sales leads, quotation, contract, delivery, cash return, service. Managing every link of End-End management based on company regulation & process; 3. New business development: identify new customer, new project, new application-appointment & visit -obtaining customer demanding-solution-contract-payment-service； 4. Maintaining of existing customers: Breakthrough of relationship and PO; 5. Payment collection: sales standing book of PO, delivery and payment. 6. Competitive analysis: Competitive module name, commercial strategy (price, payment term, service policy); Competitor’s analysis of market and customer condition; 7. Properly make decision, take the initiative to report: Positively visit customer daily with plan and report by weekly report and monthly sales forecast, other temporary report arrange by company; 8. Improve sales capacity and skills positively, study and summarize knowledge & experience of company, product and industry.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Good image and temperament； 2. Bachelor and above, no limit in majors, barrier-free of English communication； 3. Sales experience is a plus, have passion on sales, responsible, commitment to task, careful, positive, diligent and fast learner； 4. With experience of laser industry, Fiber laser source experience is a plus.
