Brand Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of brand/marketing activities of assigned brand both TTL & BTL • Product planning and execute new product launch into prospect channel • Set timeline and execution marketing activities to meet brand objective and deadline • Able to work cross functional team both internal and external (agency, distributor, supplier) • Coordinate with sale department in implementation of sales and marketing activities • Other tasks as assigned by CEO Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Beauty market. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including new product development and communication development. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including paid media, social media, content development, and digital analytics. • Experience with e-commerce is a plus. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new skills and technologies in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
