Account Payable (Cashier)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Collections and payments, reconciliation and maintain bank/cash book, cash, check custody - Each Monday, report bank / cash book and balance to Advance team - Each Monday and month end, joint cash / check stocktaking report to Advance team - Bank, government institution communication - Assistance to other departments like QA for quality, CS for shipping etc. - Daily stocktaking, Month and year end fully inventory stocktaking - FA register book - As backup of Accountant, and Ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leaders Qualifications - Diploma degree majored in Accounting or Finance. - 2+ year experience in a financial related role, rich experience with bank, cash and good command of bank, cash book knowledge, familiar with accounting regulations - Good communication skills and has ability to deliver the jobs on tight timeline, energy and stress, quality orientation and problem solving - Good at English communication. Could speak Chinese is a plus - Self-motivated and good team work spirit - Accountability and Dependability, ethics and integrity.
