• Job Highlights At least 3-year IT Infrastructure working experience Good command of English, Chinese communication skills is advantage Proactive and able to support ERP with understand system environment Responsibilities: 1. Work as a IT coordinator at site to support all IT related projects and rollouts; 2. Collect requests/demands/concerns/feedbacks from site and align with Asia IT team; 3. Install, maintain, inventory, troubleshoot/repair all employee used IT equipment, and all Servers, backup devices, network equipment and telephone equipment; 4. Support the continuing use of both LAN Network and Internet； 5. Maintain a clean, organized, properly environmental controlled Server room； 6. Responsible for all IT Fixed Assets management, assignments, location and inventory； 7. Responsible for IT Security (user permissions, access) and server room security 8. Responsible for processing all data backup and restore requirements. Create, test and validate disaster recovery procedures. 9. Document network topology for the local network. 10. Negotiates and establishes contracts for technical personnel, system support and vendor provided services and products. 11. ERP internal consultant(Support), provide ERP technical support to ERP users: including customized reports，process improvement advice, etc. 12. ERP management: including troubleshooting, data integrity insurance, user account, authorization management and key user training. 13. Runs IT projects in ERP and IT infrastructure. Be able to coordinate internal resources and external supplier. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in computer related area 2. At least 2-3 years related working experience in IT Infrastructure area (New graduate with high capability to self-development is open to apply) 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and client OS including Windows 7/10, Server 2016/2019. 4. Knowledge of Server hardware and Server facility including Domain Controllers, Email Servers, Fileservers. 5. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the complete MS Office suite of software. 6. Knowledge of IP Protocol, .Net frame, Cisco/Huawei hardware and IOS including but not limited to router, switch, wireless access points, etc 7. Good Knowledge of IT systems setup and maintenance for Printers, copiers, projectors, scanners, etc 8. Experience in ERP system operation and maintenance in manufacturing industry. 9. Good command of English skills in both written, reading (Oral communication would be Advantage) 10. Able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) would be advantage 11. 23-35year's old
