หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - good communication and interpersonal skills to help the different parts of an organization work together and cooperate in high-level decision making with the top management of an organization regarding client satisfaction and activities of competition. - Leads the team by holding daily briefings and monthly communication meetings, to discuss various aspects of service and preparation with all concerned. - Engaging, developing, promoting and maintaining good public relations with all business contracts in order to enhance the business of company. - Oversees Stock levels in stores for operation and month-end inventories, banquet sales and inspection follow up. - Developing F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department; stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Strong in inter-personal with excellent presentation and communication skills, (both verbal and written) and be extremely guest focused and healthy. -Aptitude to take charge of instructions, disseminate information and follow through. -Proficiency in English communication and computer literate. -Good in driving for results and people development. -Attention to details and have the ability to multitask with strong analytical, problem-solving skills -Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) -Good sense of leadership, personality, Customer-oriented, service minded, helpful and able to work under pressure.
