Sales & Marketing Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To be responsible customers’ s orders, prepares order until delivery ,follow up shipment status, delivery of goods to customers on time, control stock and follow up customer payment
• Provide technical support to solve customer’s issues
• Provide on-site support as well as support by phone and email
• To coordinate with shipping agent about import /export the goods, sample, make insurance including document preparation
• Collaborate with team to support customer requirement, all customers’ problems on products, delivery, documents etc.
• Promote company’s product and assist both current customer and new customers in understanding products
• Make the sales plan to cover the assignment and budget in the most effective
• Handle the related document preparation including keeps the up-to-date record of all customers. Submit progress reports to superior / Manager
• Contact with government which is related to the product and registration for new products and import license with FDA. (Ex. FDA , Customs , Ministry of Commerce etc.)
• Other upon assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Male or Female, age between 23-27 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology , Biotechnology, Nutrition or related field
• At least 2 years’ experiences in Sales and Marketing, Food Industry or Trading Company is advantage. But new graduated is also welcome
• Experience in dealing with customers and negotiations (e.g. price or technical food)
• Analytical, problem solving, good attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Can work in team, good relationship and interpersonal skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, positive attitude, service mind
• Having Strong Computer Literacy
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Able to work in other provinces sometimes such as support customer audit etc
