หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of machine vision systems and AI-based vision systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and develop customized solutions using rule-based and AI-driven image processing techniques.
• Support the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models (e.g., deep learning for object detection, classification, OCR, anomaly detection).
• Integrate machine vision solutions with existing equipment, machinery, and software systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
• Manage application projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting customer expectations.
• Create user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and application notes.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging machine vision technologies, tools, and techniques to maintain industry knowledge and provide innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine vision technology will be a plus, including camera systems, image processing, pattern recognition, and optical inspection.
• Strong knowledge of machine vision software frameworks and libraries, such as OpenCV, Linux, HALCON, or Matrox Imaging Library (MIL).
• Experience in programming languages such as C++, C#, .Net, or Python for machine vision application development.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
