หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. • communicate with clients to resolve technical issues, and ensure that personnel is able to utilization >>WFH and online interview until Covid-19 is stable

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Require • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or other related fields • Exp 3yrs+ in Helpdesk, Service desk or end-user support role. • In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware. • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management • software. • Experience in Web server and cloud technologies (Office 365, Azure, AWS) • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills • Good commend of spoken and written in English is a plus
