• Starter Topgolf Megacity WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Starter is responsible for ensuring that our -Guests are assigned to a hitting bay, and that communications with them is smooth. At peak times, this will be a busy job! You enjoy working in an important role in a fast environment. As One Team, you help make sure that our Guests have a great first impression and can enjoy their game of Topgolf. HOW YOU’LL DO IT: -Manage guest’s reservation to ensure guests are assigned to the service area (Bay) -Monitor bay status and communicate to Guests and Team Members -Show urgency and care so Guests can begin to enjoy their visit quickly -Respond quickly and proactively to Guest's concerns and takes ownership until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate managers -Execute opening and closing checklists and provide to Guest Services leader in each shift for sign off -Provide extra support at any station to alleviate bottlenecks -Ensure Event, Lesson and League Guests receive the support they require -Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: -Bachelor’s degree in any field -At least one year of experience in Guest Services, Reservation, Production Planner or other related fields -Strong in computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook -Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading) and fluent in Thai -Energy and enthusiasm -Proven time management and organization skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
