Responsible

• Maintain strong communication and relationships with tenants
• Engage with surrounding businesses and individuals to promote our parking services.
• Analyze parking data (vacancy rates, user numbers, profit & loss) to identify sales opportunities.
• Adjust pricing strategies in line with market trends and investments.
• Oversee daily operations and reporting for both building owners and the company.
• Manage cashier shifts and provide training to uphold service standards.
• Handle investments and maintenance of parking facilities, including systems and security.
• Conduct regular patrols with security teams to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with suppliers to keep our parking and security systems updated.
