หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth, profitability, and market expansion goals.
• Lead the finance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Drive financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies to enhance company performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop business strategies and provide insights into financial implications.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for cost efficiency and profitability.
• Lead initiatives for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize financial operations.
• Ensure robust financial governance, including internal controls, audits, and tax compliance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in cosmetic surgery clinic business.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations, financial legislation, and TFRS.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, and investment evaluation.
• Lead initiatives for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize financial operations.
• Ensure robust financial governance, including internal controls, audits, and tax compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai.
