ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต Production Manager’s Assistant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare production files (Packaging, Manual, Logo, Stickers, Shipping marks etc)
• Sample testing and report issues
• Manage orders
• Communicate with customers
• Coordinates with Chinese factories (Using english), Coordinate with forwarders, customers, warehouse, and suppliers
• Prepare shipping documents (PL, Instructions, Booking, Certificates etc) and Follow up and track deliveries

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Fluent in English
• Meticulous, Curious, and Adaptable
• Communication and Problem solving
• Time management
