หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Full Spectrum of HR Functions ( HRM, HRD, and Admin ) 2. Determine HR strategy such as Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee relations. 3. Be organized and manage Performance Appraisal system to align with business strategy. 4. Determine and Present annuai saiary increment. 5. Work closely with Managing Director and all Manager for consulting HR policies. 6. Solved a problem for the team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree in human resource or related fields. 2. 5-10 years of HR work experience. 3. Fluent in English ( both of spoken and written )
