Export Sales Support Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Coordinate with both overseas and domestic customers •Preparing production orders and input purchase order information into the system. •Coordinate with shipping agent for preparing of commercial export issues, customs clearance, support transportation arrangement if needed and provide shipping information to overseas customer. •Issue commercial invoice for export process and control other shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Provide privilege form customer on time with accuracy. •Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and to ensure smooth flow of work in sales process and delivery. •Any assignment from Export Sales Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Age between 24 – 28 years old. 2. Bachelor or Master’s Degree in International Business administration, or related fields. 3. At least 1-3 years’ experience in export sales officer. 4. Having basic knowledge of import & export documents, incoterm. 5. Experience in FMCG business will be advantaged.
