Retail Sales Supervisor (BTV)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage sales team, train staff, and develop sales skills.
• • Monitor sales team performance, analyse performance, and improve sales strategies.
• • Provide advice to sales staff, help solve problems, and provide necessary support.
• • Help sales staff build relationships with new and existing customers.
• • Ensure that salespeople are knowledgeable about products and services, and have appropriate sales skills.
• • Assist salespeople in setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and tracking progress.
• • Prepare sales reports, performance reports, and problem reports to managers.
• • Check and maintain the shop and display products to ensure they are always nice and ready.
• • Study or send competitor information to the manager.
• • Prepare information or other reports as requested by the manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Communications or related fields.
• • At least 1-2 years of experience in Retail supervisor, or any related fields (Experienced in Boonthavorn retail sales would be an advantage)
• • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• • Good communication in English would be an advantage.
• • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• • Problem Solving Skills, well organized, creativity, communication, and multi-task skills.
• • Able to travel around Bangkok and other provinces.
• • Have a personal car would be an advantage.
• • Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
