Retail Supervisor (Showroom and dealers)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for Roca showroom experience and customer visiting.
• • Follow up and close sales with customers who come to purchase products at the Roca's showroom or online channels.
• • Create quotaions for customers and coordinate with dealers to issue POs.
• • Coordinate with buyer to issue stock POs. and coodinate with others issue if happen.
• • Manage Roca's showroom sales and team under care, train staff, and develop sales skills.
• • Provide advice to sales staff, help solve problems, and provide necessary support.
• • Build relationships with dealers new and existing customers.
• • Ensure that salespeople are knowledgeable about products and services, and have appropriate sales skills.
• • Assist salespeople in setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and tracking progress.
• • Prepare sales reports, performance reports, and problem reports to managers.
• • Check and maintain showroom and shop display products to ensure they are always nice and ready.
• • Prepare information or other reports as requested by the manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Communication or related field.
• • At least 1-2 years of experience in Retail supervisor, or any related fields.
• • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• • Have a good personality and can adapt appropriately to the situation.
• • Good command of English in both speaking and writing skills would be an advantage.
• • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• • Problem Solving Skills, well organized, creativity, communication, and multi-task skills.
• • Able to travel around Bangkok and other provinces.
• • Have a personal car would be an advantage.
• • Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
