• Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding installation services
• Answer customer inquiries and support customers throughout the service process
• Prepare installation quotations and manage related documentation
• Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and installation technicians
• Monitor and follow up on installation schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and support the installation team to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets required standards

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude
• Good English communication skills
• Flexible to work in shifts according to IKEA Bangyai store operating hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to support and coordinate a team
