HR Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Execute HR tasks and develop initiatives aligned with the overall HR strategies -Support the Organization Structure by updating Organization Chart, Job Descriptions, and Employee Database -Assist in executing strategies related to compensation, welfare, and benefits for employees -Maintain all salary information; including payroll, overtime, and statutory deductions  -Ensure full digitalization of HR records  -Coordinate staff welfare; Social Security, and Employee Engagement events -Lead and contribute to recruitment activities and/or projects such as employer branding, ad hoc projects as required and contribute to firm activities and/or projects such as employee engagement, employee relations, people development, etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • More than 5 years of experience in HRM/HRD. • Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools  • Knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices  • Result oriented with pro-active personality      • Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships            • Good command of English and Thai
