Business Analyst (IT-Software development)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Getting requirement with Key User or Business Owner & Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization (fit & gap analysis) till summarize requirement.
• Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications for system solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient systems.
• Support data migration and ensure system integrity and performance.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Another task assigned by Project Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experienced as Business Analyst (in IT and Software Development: Development project, infrastructure IT or ERP is a plus)
• Strong understanding of business requirements analysis, system design, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of technical such as SQL , C#, Java, or Python
• At least one full implementation cycles of projects**
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English (require proficiency in English, both written and spoken cause collaborated with foreigners’ team)
• Project management skills and the ability to work within project timelines.
• Possess high-level managerial skills to handle projects, including issue management
• Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and ERP or SAP is a plus
