1. Plan, direct and monitor transport and distribution activities to ensure that goods and materials are transported safely and cost-effectively and arrive at their destination on time and in good condition. 2. Seeking new distribution channel to increase cost effectiveness. 3. Manage day-to-day activities associated with moving goods and materials from origin to destination. The activities include o developing transport schedules, o setting methods and routes, o analyzing costs 4. Evaluate, select and manage significant and ongoing relationships with external transport suppliers 5. Develop and implement transport and distribution procedures. 6. Monitor the cost and effectiveness of transport and distribution activities to optimize resources and spending. 7. Monitor staff to ensure that all machines and equipment are operated in a safe manner. 8. Have a good knowledge in Truck maintenance.
