• Handle recruitment and selection process in the assigned position. • Draft job advertisements and co-ordinate internal/external advertising and recruitment campaigns. • Screen applications and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates, also conduct job offer and salary negotiation. • Support for probation process of staff and contract personnel in order to remind those line managers when probation complete date due. • Conduct brief orientation on the starting day of staff. • Organize trainings and keep training records. • Identify, recommend and arrange staff training and development programmes based on needs. • Employee relation and community activities, CSR, team building, healthcare program, sport day, staff party, annual check-up program, etc. • Perform and manage other duties as assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related area of study or equivalent experience. • 2-5 years working experience in HR functions. Recruitment and Training related experience is preferable • Good human relation, coordination, and interpersonal skill • Good command of written and spoken English • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
