Supply Planning

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Raise purchase requests/orders for raw materials and packaging in line with the production forecast.
• Monitor and follow up material arrival at all manufacturing factories.
• Ensure procurement aligns with material specifications, MOQ, and delivery windows.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Confirm goods receipt in ERP/system on time and accurately per delivery note/invoice. Flag discrepancies to relevant stakeholders promptly
• Monitor usage variance and reconcile with Bill of Material as needed
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile material stock at all factories. Ensure data integrity between system and physical stock
• Handle stock reservation, allocation, replenishment and order processing and Monitor order and shipments status
• Support initiatives to reduce material cost, optimize MOQ, and improve freight efficiency. Avoid unnecessary urgent shipments or overstocking
• Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver sales gap closing opportunities as required. Avoid unnecessary urgent shipments or overstocking
• Work closely with Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Factory teams to ensure Timely raw/pack supply for production. No delay in FG shipment due to material shortage
• Utilize Supply planning tools to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Supply accuracy and inventory levels.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 2-4 experiences in warehouse & logistics management.
• Fundamental knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain .
• Computer literacy (good in MS Excel, Google spreadsheet).
• Telecommunication knowledge is advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and provide related reports to support the business.
• Result oriented, Negotiation skill and Can-do attitude.
• Well-organized, logical mature thinking, attention to details, dedicated, energetic and being a self-starter.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
