Senior Merchandising Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Source and develop new products or raw materials to meet market demands in a timely manner.
• Source new domestic suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and review purchasing documentation.
• Plan purchases to align with demand and sales seasons in appropriate quantities by preparing purchase plans, monitoring design processes, controlling and verifying product orders, and ensuring all product-related details and information are accurate and complete.
• Establish a plan for controlling and monitoring product delivery according to schedule.
• Analyze product data and sales figures, manage and monitor inventory controls, and review slow-moving product reports by examining stock balances and sales reports. Conduct meetings with the Sales Department and drive product sales to achieve targets.
• Oversee the quality system and manage departmental personnel to ensure staff operations align with established requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A minimum 5 years of experience in merchandise planning or buying
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
