หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct full recruitment process; from job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer, to onboarding. Sourcing, screen candidate applications.
• Perform preliminary phone interviews, assessing, and referencing through short-lists preparation for the interview committee.
• Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure they meet the requirement.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related fields
• Age 23-27 / Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, positive attitude
