Accounting Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports by the 12th.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Prepare and verify tax filings (PND.30, 36, 53, 3, and 54) for timely submission.
• Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and stay updated on policy changes.
• Review and approve invoices, payment requests, and expense reports.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting. (New grads also welcome)
• Proficient in accounting software and computer applications.
• Proven ability to implement solutions under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong focus on results and quality.
• Hybrid Working at Phayathai Plaza (Bts Phayathai) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
