หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Review of requirements and design documents (BRD, FSD, TSD) from testing point of view.
• Create comprehensive test coverage matrix (TCM), test cases / scenario test / story line and execute manual testing to address business and technical use cases
• Conduct functional testing including system integration testing (SIT), API test, user acceptance testing(UAT) and regression testing for each component, system, application and integration product
• Testing on web application and/or tablet application
• Participate in Agile working practices such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Ensure that the test execution is done according to the timeline set including planning for contingency in case of errors
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for the QA process, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Collaborate with other members to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage
• Follow and implement best practices and standards for software testing to maintain high-quality standards

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 2+years’ experience in the Software Quality Assurance field.
• Skills applying software QA methodologies, tools, and processes for Web, Mobile applications and APIs
• Knowledge of banking products, Banking Industry and Commercial Banking Platform.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive TCM, test cases and test assertions
• Excellent testing and troubleshooting experience.
• Effective at working and communicating with local and remote teams.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr).
• Experience in black box, gray box, white box and negative testing
