• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries via phone, line, email, Mobile application and provide information about the Golfing Ground Performance Center Coordinating with various external parties to promote the marketing activities & campaigns to draw the footfall and generate the business Opening & closing the cashier till, POS, credit card settlement Tiding up and making sure the cleanliness of the reception and the bay area Preparing for daily, weekly and monthly commercial report Responsible for opening and closing the bay area including the launch monitor Handling with the practice bay’s schedule Handling with Golfing Ground Performance center Professionals’ appointments and confirmations Managing Adidas golf Visual Merchandise display, stock replenishment, Cycle count, sales performance Handling daily and monthly expense for financial & accounting report Petty cash handling
